Refund policy

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at mineralpools@xta.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be returned to the following address: 8 Bonithon Avenue, New Plymouth 4310, Taranaki 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a returnable item, in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, lash products or gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers and unopened products may be exchanged for credit, product or services but not refunded unless required by law. Gift vouchers are voided when cancelling a booking on the same day or if you are a No-Show.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or pop into the spa.  All valid vouchers can be used for any service or product to the equal value.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days.
